This text regulates the general terms and conditions of use of the Koalarest.com website, headquartered at Rua José Farinha n.20, Lisbon, Pessoa Coletiva with number 514 198 486 registered at the Lisbon Commercial and Land Registry.
DELIVERY
Delivery of Koala products is always free without any associated additional cost. If for any reason you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us by calling 218 480 441 or writing an email to dormebem@koalarest.com and we will try to accommodate your request. Delivery is made at the door of the address indicated in the purchase process.
PRICE
Our prices are in Euros and include VAT. Koala Rest reserves the right to change the price of Koala products at any time, and the customer will be charged the price they accepted and validated on our website at the time of their original purchase. Prices include delivery cost.
In case of any typographical or system error, Koala Rest reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer of what happened, being credited the entire amount paid.
PAYMENT
Your orders can be paid with any payment method available on the site. The debit will be made at the time of ordering on the website.
The customer authorizes Koala Rest to use the data provided to pay for their purchase and that the payment method provided by the customer has sufficient funds for the purchase in question. Koala Rest cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the authorized payment method.
Koala Rest reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of incorrect or incomplete payment. All payments will be processed through secure data encryption process. The customer must keep the payment confirmation message.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In the event that one or more Koala product(s) are not available, after processing the purchase order, we will inform the customer by email or telephone in order to refund the payment or agree on a later delivery date, depending on the customer's preference. . Koala Rest cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by late delivery of the product.
TRIAL PERIOD
Our trial policy gives our customers the opportunity to test our products in their home for 100 nights or 30 nights, depending on the Koala product ordered.
At any time within that period of 100 nights or 30 nights, the customer may request the collection of the Koala product ordered and received at their home, as well as the refund of the entire amount paid. The refund of the purchase price will be made after collection by Koala Rest or one of our partners and the respective verification of the product conditions by our quality control in order to rule out any signs of damage or dirt. In the event of a defect, the customer may request its replacement or immediate collection. Collections are free of charge for the customer in mainland Portugal. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
By using our website and associated services, the customer accepts that communications with Koala Rest will be mostly electronic. All relevant information will be communicated by email or via the website www.koalarest.com.
The customer authorizes Koala Rest to use the contact means available to communicate with the customer regarding the sales and post-sales process. Koala Rest will not provide its customers' data to third parties for purposes other than the correct sale and delivery/collection of the Koala products purchased by the customer.
APPLICABLE LAW
Contracts relating to the purchase of Koala products on the Koala Rest website will be subject to Portuguese law. Any disputes relating to these contracts are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

Koala Outlet Terms and Conditions
The Koala Outlet service consists of making available and supplying a set of Koala products that are on display in Koala Showrooms or that were used in photo sessions, or other brand actions, and that implied reduced or even non-existent use of them, in order to allow to the user, to whom the condition of customer is attributed, the order and purchase at lower values.
Purchasing Koala Outlet products implies acceptance and full agreement with all the parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described.
Koala Outlet purchase conditions
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All Koala Outlet products can be purchased, except in cases of shortages or stock limitations, whose availability may vary as they are unique and limited units. Products may become unavailable without notice.
TRIAL PERIOD
Koala Outlet products have a 14-day trial period, during which the customer can return the product in the condition in which it was delivered to Koala's premises.
GUARANTEE
Koala Outlet items are inspected and reviewed by the Koala team to ensure their quality and good condition, and have the same warranty period as a similar product in new condition, according to the conditions described individually for each product. In the event of a defect and/or non-conformity of your item(s) within the warranty period, you must contact Koala via email, dormebem@koalarest.com , or by phone 218 480 441.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Koala Outlet items are not exchangeable. In case of return, you have 14 days from receipt of your product(s) to do so. Products must be returned in the condition they were received.
In case of return within the aforementioned period, only the value of the product(s) purchased is refunded. Return costs will be borne by the Customer. Refunds for returned products will be made within a period of 5 working days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal
